LEAP Founder Academy is an entrepreneurship program designed to help students develop real-world business skills, create and launch their own ventures, and gain mentorship and funding opportunities. Through our LEAP framework (Learn, Execute, Access, Prosper), we empower students to transform their ideas into thriving businesses.
LEAP equips students with entrepreneurial skills that foster creativity, problem-solving, and independence. By participating, your child will:
● Gain practical experience in creating and running a business.
● Build confidence to take risks and pursue opportunities.
● Access mentorship and resources to support their success.
● Develop lifelong skills like financial literacy, teamwork, and leadership.
No prior entrepreneurial experience is required. LEAP is designed for students of all skill levels, guiding them step-by-step from idea generation to business launch.
The self-guided program is flexible and designed to fit your child’s schedule, making it ideal for after-school or weekend learning. On average, students spend 5–10 hours per week on the program, depending on their pace and goals.
Yes! Mentorship is a key component of LEAP. Students will have access to experienced mentors who provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the program.
That’s okay! LEAP helps students identify problems they are passionate about solving and guides them through brainstorming, validating, and building their ideas into actionable ventures.
By the end of the program, your child will:
● Have a functional business plan and pitch deck.
● Gain experience launching and managing a real-world business.
● Develop critical skills like budgeting, branding, and marketing.
● Build a network of mentors, collaborators, and supporters.
